A car belonging to the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) in Vrancea was involved in a road accident on DN 2 – E85, resulting in nine injured individuals.
‘On August 29, 2024, around 08:53, the IPJ Vrancea dispatch center was informed via 112 emergency line that, on the DN 2 – E85, at the exit from Goleşti commune, a road accident occurred involving a car from the equipment of the County Police Inspectorate Vrancea. Four vehicles were involved in the incident, resulting in nine injured persons, one of whom was trapped,’ stated IPJ Vrancea.
According to the police, from the on-site checks, it was revealed that the car was rear-ended by a van, and propelled into two other vehicles on the opposite lane.
The injured individuals were transported to the hospital to receive necessary medical care.
